by sending the goods via courier service (post express), the postage is 290 dinars and you pay with the received goods. There is also the option of free shipping on orders of two or more items. This discount is calculated when you add two items to your cart.
The customer will be informed about the delivery time by phone by the courier service.
On the day of delivery, the customer will receive a message from the courier service and can expect the package during the day
The delivery period runs from the first following working day after the order is placed. For goods purchased through the Internet store, the delivery period is 2-3 working days from the day the order is received by the consumer.
We ask for your understanding for possible delays in delivery during periods of promotions and seasonal discounts, as delivery depends on external services.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

WITHDRAWAL OF PURCHASE

The declaration of withdrawal from the contract in the case of a distance contract is considered timely if it is sent to the seller within the period referred to in paragraph 1 of this article.
The declaration of withdrawal from the contract produces a legal effect from the day it is sent to the seller.
The burden of proving that he acted in accordance with the provisions of this article, in order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, is on the consumer.

The costs of returning the ordered items are borne exclusively by the consumer, except in the case when the reason for the return is an error of the MONRO online store (wrong item sent, wrong color, defective item)
In the case of returning goods or refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, MONRO D.O.O. is obliged to make the refund via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder's account at the request of the seller or return the paid funds to the customer's current account.
